Agents in the city of Toronto seem to be beyond a dime a dozen. Most are largely uninterested in truly working for/with their clients, and more concerned with driving a quick sale. Our plan was never to work with an agent. We met Lee as a listing agent on a property visit, and even before the showing there was something evidently different about his approach.
